Mr. Jayant Shitole
Founder & CEO
Starting his entrepreneurial journey at just 15, Jayant Shitole has spent over 35 years shaping industries like Process Automation, Fuel Management, Healthcare Instruments, and Energy Savings. As the founder of CalCon, he transformed a single Dubai outlet in 1997 into a thriving powerhouse, selling over a million pressure gauges across GCC and India.
But for Jayant, business is more than just success—it’s about making a real difference. He is driven by a deep commitment to uplift underserved communities, offering support in education, healthcare, and creating opportunities for those who need it most.
Through CalCon, Jayant combines innovation with compassion, ensuring that every step forward in business also leads to a positive social impact. For him, entrepreneurship is the key to a better world—one that empowers and transforms lives.
Upendra is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification with a MBA and MTech degree in Manufacturing and Automation. With over 20 years of experience under his belt with various multinational companies, he has worked for different industries. His rich industry experience boasts of eminent names like Emerson Electric Co, Mahindra & Mahindra, SKF and Dana Spicer. At KNEO, he is responsible for developing new business, cultivating partnerships and identifying new markets to expand KNEOs global presence.

Hemant is Instrumentation Engineer, brings over 30 years of experience in Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS). A graduate of IIM Calcutta (AMEP) and Pune University (BE), he has a proven track record working with industry leaders like Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens, and ALC. Certified as an Energy Management Professional (EMP) and CMVP, Hemant is passionate about creating innovative solutions for energy efficiency and sustainability. His expertise spans across IBMS Design & Implementation, Energy Conservation Strategies, Measurement & Verification (M&V), Industry-Specific Solutions (Hotels, Residential/Commercial Buildings, Pharmaceutical HVAC, Water & Wastewater)

Anil, with over 40 years of experience in projects, equipment marketing, and senior management, has been a key player in the Middle East and Indian markets. He has worked with prestigious companies like LIPI Boilers and Krupp India on major projects. Anil has held senior management roles in the Middle East, overseeing significant growth in water, power, and air conditioning sectors. He has expertise in equipment trading for water pumps, valves, HVAC systems, and solar power systems. He holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. He is committed to innovation, strategic management, and sustainable solutions.
