Cooking Oil Thermometer

Deep fry thermometers measure temperatures from 100 °F (37.8 °C) to 400 °F (204.4 °C). The temperature of hot oil for deep frying food is usually maintained at 350 °F (176.6 °C) to 375 °F (190.5 °C). These thermometers are also used to measure the extra-high temperatures of food.
